About Us

Our Mission

Our main mission is to help to reduce the hate crimes in our community in NYC

O B J E C T I V E S 

Rights of Immigrants: We seek to educate the working community about the US government system. US., Migratory laws and procedures and as members of the New York Immigration Coalition, a general policy and advocacy organization for more than 200 groups in the state of New York that works with immigrants and refugees.

Cultural Preservation: We have sponsored large public events that promote the traditional culture and language of several Andean countries: Ecuador, Bolivia, Chile, Colombia, and Peru. This year, the free event organized in conjunction with the walk in Flushing Park featured traditional dancers, singers, and musical performances and attended by approximately 4,000 people.

Community Health: Since 2008, we have sponsored an annual

Run-Walkathon called "El Chasqui", which means "The Messenger" in Quechua. Recognized Ecuadorian athletes and celebrities participate to promote a healthier lifestyle and increase the identity of the Ecuadorian community in the city.
