Community Health: Since 2008, we have sponsored an annual

Run-Walkathon called "El Chasqui", which means "The Messenger" in Quechua. Recognized Ecuadorian athletes and celebrities participate to promote a healthier lifestyle and increase the identity of the Ecuadorian community in the city.

Cultural Preservation: We have sponsored large public events that promote the traditional culture and language of several Andean countries: Ecuador, Bolivia, Chile, Colombia, and Peru. This year, the free event organized in conjunction with the walk in Flushing Park featured traditional dancers, singers, and musical performances and attended by approximately 4,000 people.
